The Ridgeside Brewery was
founded by Simon Bolderson in the Summer of
2010, and the beers first brewed at the end of
June were
launched on 18th July at the Bull & Fairhouse, Wakefield, then still known as
O'Donoghues. A First Birthday celebration was
held at the Junction, Castleford, featuring the
full Ridgeside beer range. The tiny entrance sandwiched between two City & Guilds training units, leads to a Tardis! |
